Generally difficult to get an appt- athough easy today. Service is rigid & cold-tried calling surgery. will lack flexibility.

Receptionists, Pharmacists and Dr Nadeem were helpful, courteous and efficient. Dr Nadeem listened carefully and involved my opinion and thoughts in the treatment process. (It isn't just a job for him- he actually really cares).

Often on the day appts.
Available parking.
Most of staff are friendly.
Run late quite often but never warn you when booking in.
Online service is very confusing to get registered.
None of my details worked.

Easier system for booking appointment. 3/4hr on phone, cut off voice then told none were available. Most frustrating.

I am very happy with the service from this very nice surgery South Reading + Shinfield. Trying to phone at 8am and still trying at 8:30 is not good to make an appt. It has been suggested to me by a member of staff that having more pre-bookable appts would ease the situation.
